Oklahoma State University Scholarship 2024 – International students interested in pursuing Masters and PhD graduate degrees in the United States are invited to apply for the 2024 Oklahoma State University Scholarship. This scholarship offers full benefits and a stipend of $23,870 per year, supplemented with a 3-month summer salary of $4,000-$6,000.
Eligibility Criteria
Masters Applicants:
- Undergraduate degree in biology, ecology, wildlife, statistics, or a related field.
PhD Applicants:
- MS degree in biology, ecology, wildlife, statistics, or a related field.
- Record of publishing peer-reviewed scientific papers.
- Strong quantitative background, including:
- Data wrangling and visualization in R.
- Statistics (especially hierarchical models and Bayesian analysis).
- GIS & remote sensing.
- Experience with camera trapping.
- Experience mentoring undergraduate researchers or coordinating volunteers.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
