The Saint Miguel Febres Cordero PhD Scholarship Program at De La Salle University (DLSU) offers a comprehensive package for eligible full-time Filipino students pursuing any PhD program. The scholarship includes a full tuition and fees waiver, along with a monthly stipend for four academic years. Recipients are selected through a competitive, merit-based process.
