Candidates Must Report With:
- Originals and photocopies of credentials
- Acknowledgment slip
- Parent/Guardian Consent Form
- Local Government Attestation Form
- Letter of Good Character
- 2 white vests, 2 blue PT shorts, and a pair of canvas shoes
- 4 passport photographs
- Bedsheet, blanket, and mosquito net
Candidates who fail to report on the designated date for Batch B will forfeit their opportunity to attend the interview.
