It includes two main programs: the Tulong Dunong Program and the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES), both designed to help students manage tuition fees and other education-related expenses.

Tulong Dunong Program Overview:

The Tulong Dunong Program, part of the CHED UniFAST Scholarships, offers financial support to students pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or a Technical-Vocational course at selected Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in the Philippines. This program is designed to assist Filipino citizens who are either currently enrolled or planning to enroll in participating HEIs.

  • Leave of Absence (LOA) certificate if returning after skipping one semester (if applicable)

Benefits

Grantees receive PHP 15,000 per academic year to help with tuition fees and living expenses.

Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) Overview

The Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) provides financial aid to students enrolled in CHED-recognized higher education institutions. Eligible students must come from households with combined annual gross income ≤ PHP 300,000 and must be 4Ps beneficiaries or solo parents.

Qualifications for Applicants

  • Filipino citizen
  • Enrolled as an undergraduate student in SUCs, LUCs, or private HEIs listed in the CHED Registry
  • Must complete the program within the specified timeframe

How to Apply for the 2025-2026 UniFAST Scholarship

Step 1: Contact the TES Focal Person

After enrolling in your first semester, contact the TES Focal Person at your school. This ensures your details are added to the TES Online Portal for assessment.

Step 2: Submit Your Information

The TES Focal Person will submit your details to the portal for the Nationwide Assessment.
