If you want to know how highly corrupt state civil service is, apply to be transferred to a choice secondary school as a principal. Here, merit isn’t key. Contact and bribe money are key. Postings and conversions are paid for. This is the level we’ve found ourselves in. If you dare attempt to be a little bit different, they’ll transfer you to a rural community you’ll find it hard to make phone calls, or send you to an agency you’ll be sleeping in office or frame you up. Query will be coming to you like hell.
