Names of 5 judges of 2023 presidential tribunal

The presidential election tribunal sits today for a pre hearing exercise at the Appeal Court complex, Abuja. Altogether, there are five suits challenging the declaration of the APC’s presidential candidate declared winner, Bola Tinubu and the INEC.

The names of the five judges to deliver judgement on the case include:

Justice Haruna Tsammani (lead judge), Justice Stephen Adah (PJ Asaba Division), Justice Monsurat Bolaji-Yusuf (Asaba Division), Justice Boluokuromo Ugo (Kano Division), as well as Justice Abba Mohammed (Ibadan Division).
