Admission Open: MAUTH Post-Basic Nursing Programs (2024/2025)

Modibbo Adama University Teaching Hospital Admission Requirements

To apply for these programs, you need to meet the following criteria:

• Registered Nurse: You must have a current practice license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
• Educational Qualifications: You need at least five (5) credit passes in basic science subjects, including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Biology, and Chemistry, from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB O’Level Examinations. A combination of WAEC and NECO results is acceptable.
• Experience: You must have at least one (1) year of post-qualification experience, preferably in an acute care setting.
• Employer Approval: You need approval from your employer to take time off for the full-time course.

How to Apply for MAUTH Post-Basic Nursing Admission 2024-2025

Interested candidates can get the application forms from the office of the program coordinators at Modibbo Adama University Teaching Hospital, Yola. The forms will be available starting from 3rd June 2024. To obtain the form, you must show a payment receipt of Ten Thousand Naira (₦10,000), paid into the Hospital’s Treasury Single Account via REMITA for Nursing Specialty Training.
