- Minimum of five (5) credit passes in SSCE/GCE ‘O’ level exams through WAEC/NECO (or equivalent recognized by the university) in not more than two sittings.
- Subjects must include:

Faculty-Specific Admission Requirements
- Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences
- UTME cut-off mark: 150
- Additional requirements:
- Graduates with a B.Sc. in relevant fields from a university recognized by EkoUNIMED (minimum of 2nd Class Lower Division)
- NCE at credit level, ND, or approved equivalents with at least Lower Credit in relevant fields
- At least two Advanced Level GCE passes at acceptable grade levels
- Joint Universities Preliminary Examination Board (JUPEB) qualifications at acceptable grade levels
- MBBS Degree Programme (Direct Entry)
- UTME cut-off mark: 200
- Additional requirements:
