According to the man whose name is yet known, he visited his land at the back of the new Government House, Abakaliki and found a baby wrapped and dumped in the bush inside the land. He picked up the baby and called on the passers-by who gathered and saw for themselves. The mother of the baby is not known yet as the women who came around in empathy bathed and clothed him. It’s expected that proper authorities in Abakaliki will wade into the matter and then take it up from there.
